Our Initial Consultation is a great way to get to know each other and ask any questions you may have about Doula services. I invite you to bring any questions, inspirations, and your chosen support people to the consultation. We will discuss your needs and expectations along with the kind of support that is available to you. A consultation helps families assess if the doula's approach and philosophy align with their needs and values. It's an opportunity to establish rapport and determine if the doula is the right fit to provide the desired support during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.

Consultations are complementary and (1) hour long, at maximum. Please complete the questionnaire below BEFORE your scheduled appointment.
